The Bothy

Recently separated from his wife and young son, Mark Holloway decides that escaping for a few uninterrupted days of solitude will help to clear his head.

A remote bothy in the middle of the Scottish countryside seems like the perfect retreat: no people, no traffic and no distractions.

But when a running injury forces him to remain inside the bothy, strange occurrences begin to unfold. He hears peculiar sounds, sees mysterious figures and tracks footsteps in the dark; countless phenomena he cannot explain.

As the events shift from being merely strange to downright terrifying, Mark discovers tales written by previous visitors to the bothy.

On reading their accounts, Mark realises that now, trapped within the walls of the bothy, he may never be able to leave...
